How to buy

Official Ticket Sales Channels

It is important to only purchase GC2018 tickets from official sales channels.

Ensure you only Buy Official. Don’t risk having a poor Games experience by purchasing tickets via unofficial ticket sales channels. GC2018 encourages you to:

  1. Do your research

Check out our list of Official Ticket Sales Channels and the Games Schedule.

  2. Don’t rely on search engine results

Some unauthorised ticket resellers purchase advert placements to appear higher up in search results, only buy GC2018 tickets from our list of Official Ticket Sales Channels.

  3. Sign up to the Newsletter

Stay in touch by signing up to the GC2018 Newsletter.

  4. Get organised

Create a GC2018 Ticket Account before you try to buy tickets.

  5. Don’t panic when purchasing tickets

If tickets are in high demand, you may be placed into a queue. Please be patient.

We may display a countdown timer on the website during high demand periods, this is designed to free up seats being held by people who haven’t completed an order. Please be aware that if you are timed out, you will have to start the order again.

If an ‘allocation exhausted’ message pops up, don’t panic – it is possible that some additional tickets may become available at a later date.

  6. Read the Terms & Conditions

Know your rights. Make sure you have reviewed the GC2018 Ticketing General Terms & Conditions.

  7. Don’t get stuck at the Gate

Buying tickets from unauthorised channels can result in you having cancelled tickets in your possession. You will not be able to access Venues with cancelled tickets. Don’t risk missing out on the action, Buy Official!

  8. Report unauthorised sales

We want you to have confidence in the tickets you purchase. If you see someone selling GC2018 tickets through unauthorised channels, make sure you let us know.

Accessible seating

GC2018’s vision to deliver an inclusive Games also stretches further than the sporting arena and people with an accessible requirement will be provided with appropriate access at all competition venues.

For sports sessions, accessible seating tickets will be charged at the lowest price category within each session.

For those spectators requiring a companion (a person who is essential for assistance), a ticket will be provided at no additional cost.

GC2018 will cater for a large number of people with accessible needs. However, it is recommended to request these tickets as early as possible to ensure availability.
