Gold Coast Airport (GCA) is delighted to be an Official Airport of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
GCA is the fifth busiest international airport in Australia, and as the gateway to one of Australia’s favourite holiday destinations, boasts a range of domestic and international services. Domestically, GCA offers direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne, Avalon, Canberra, Perth, Newcastle, Adelaide and Cairns. Direct international services include Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and four ports in New Zealand (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown).
GCA is currently heralding a new era of growth, progressing with major plans to redevelop the terminal. Civil works are continuing on the airport’s apron expansion and a series of improvements to the existing terminal are to be delivered in time for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
GCA looks forward to welcoming the 2018 Commonwealth Games family and associated visitors throughout the games period.
GCA is owned and operated by Queensland Airports Limited, an Australian owned, Queensland based regional airport specialist group with a vision to engage customers, connect communities and provide exceptional experiences.
